B for Bachelor

The fence jump was the most anticipated moment of the season, but was it worth all the hype?

Sure – jumping an 8 foot gate is impressive, especially when Chris Harrison was standing next to it for scale. However, I felt like the jump was more than a result of a heartbreak; but rather a cold, hard slap of reality.

I watched Women Tell All BEGGING someone to ask Colton if at that moment when Cassie dumped him (on national TV) he realized Tayshia, Demi, Hannah, Kirpa, Sydney, and Katie were right.

Let’s get two things straight here: Caelynn & Cassie aren’t bad people – however I do have a lot of questions for the both of them.

Caelynn,

What was up with your rude posts towards Hannah B on your Instagram? For those of you who don’t know, if you look at Caelynn’s Instagram – she has posted a lot of negative things towards Hannah B. Hannah B posted a picture of her in an all orange outfit and the caption read, “orange is the new pink today.” The same month, Caelynn posted a picture of herself in all pink saying, “whoever said orange is the new pink is seriously disturbed.”

Caelynn also posted a more recent picture in a bikini saying, “paradise but not.” This following the same night the episode airs that Hannah B gets sent home. Rumors had been flooding Instagram and other forms of social media saying that Hannah B would be on this season of Bachelor in Paradise. Little did Caelynn know, Hannah B would win the battle for Bachelorette 😌

It was consistently hard for me to believe Caelynn or Cassie had any good intentions.

Just look at Caelynn’s alter ego. She was easily perceived as sweet & innocent but as soon as Tayshia called her out – she resorted to cussing and name calling.

I don’t think she’s a bad person, but I think the age range for this show was definitely a factor in the immaturity that flowed throughout this season of the Bachelor – this coming from a 21 year old who MOST DEFINITELY isn’t ready for marriage quite yet.

I guess my biggest question for Caelynn is what REALLY happened on that bus ride? Because half of the group at Women Tell All said Katie’s story was true. But it got even juicier when Katie calls out Caelynn, saying that she is lying about the content of their phone call. WHAT PHONE CALL!? I need more information, but for now I trust Katie and the other 5 women who warned Colton.

Now on to Cassie.

Her Instagram too became a face of pettiness when the episode featuring her drama aired. Kirpa and Cassie had an altercation regarding Cassie’s readiness. Cassie posted several images of her on the show looking VERY annoyed saying, “Mood going into tonight knowing I’m contractually obligated to stay silent.” Many Bachelor fans said this was a spoiler, but I don’t think they had any idea what was coming next.

A few episodes later, Cassie sends herself home because she was not ready for an engagement. Really? Isn’t that what Kirpa and 5 other women JUST said. Yeah, I was frustrated too.

Cassie is not a bad person either and honestly, I feel she had a lot of pressure on her shoulders to give Colton a second chance. I mean come on, the guy sent EVERY other contestant home & jumped a fence. Oh and don’t forget, this is national TV; so everyone could easily hate you if you dump him a second time.

Chris Harrison made a good point, “what if she’s just not that into you?”

You tell me if Cassie seems to be interested in Colton…

Like, I don’t know. I don’t know why I don’t know.
